Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on downloaded ebooks.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue — such as a broken download link or a corrupted file — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@moriesbookstore.com, and we'll make it right by resending the file or issuing a replacement.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
